lol sorry... me and david were talking and ive ALWAYS wanted to do this to a car but he suggested aluminum door panels... I have no idea what thickness they use for those.
Zac is gonna talk to his dad and see what he thinks. Zac said he may be able to do it for me.

Yeah it's actually something i thought about once, but maybe i'll leave it as a final mod or something cuz my interior is in too good of shape to junk.

Anyways, well i'm not sure what thickness you need, but you should hop on google images and browse aluminum door panels. Solid plain panels really don't look too great and would be flimsy, whereas getting something designed even with some simple bead rolls makes it look really awesome, and add some rigidity.

Also, maybe you could also look for some carbon fiber panels too Smile Just throwing it out there.

Since he has no door panels currently, it would actually add weight. I think its a way to block off the openings without adding much weight or cost.

You'll be fine with thin stuff for that, and temper doesnt matter so just find whatever is cheapest. Its not structural.

yes Adam thats whats im really going for. just something so it doesnt look like i went all roid rage and ripped the entire interior out. lmao. and cause i just think its neat and since i have no interior well yeah.
